Absolute garbage.... I have a monitor with a possible firmware bug in the software and their overseas CS keeps asking me the same questions over and over and on top of that, they give the wrong info to the "tech" team causing them to come back with an incorrect diagnosis. They have zero English comprehension nor any technical knowledge whatsoever. I have 180 back and forth messages and nothing has been resolved.... this is been going on almost 5 months now... Dell you suck ass
