If it was possible to give negative stars I would. I had the WORST experience with this company. I got a dell based on a recommendation from an IT guy. Never listening to that again! I purchased a dell laptop on a black friday sale it was a 15" laptop I paid about $900. I got this laptop it was slow AF to update the ram so I took it to a computer tech who said all the parts in it were old & crappy & had to basically replace everything in it in order for it to function normally. Needless to say I spent extra $$ to get it fixed. Also during this time Customer service or their tech dept were of no help & wouldn't accept the return never any calls back from managers. Regardless I wanted to post on here to warn people dells are complete garbage, don't waste your hard earned money!
