Purchased a Dell Monitor on January 05, 2022Monitor model S2721QS.Monitor worked fine until October 30, 2022.When I powered on I had a 2"x2" whitish box on the top left of the monitor with vertical lines in it.I tried a factory reset, no luck. Tried different monitor cable, no luck.Contacted Dell Technical service. Sent a picture of what the screen looked like.After being put on hold for a few minutes, the tech support person indicated the monitor screen was damaged from the inside and was therefore not under warranty.I asked how I could have damaged the screen internally and they indicated I had placed or banged something against it.I advised the Dell tech person that the monitor remains on my desk in the same spot and never moves.Once again I was told that or shall I say they referenced the fact that I was responsible for the damage/issue and then asked if I wanted to be transferred to their sales department to purchase a new monitor. UNBELIEVABLE.!!!!!I'm accused of causing the issue then asked if I want to purchase a new dell monitor.Apparently the warranty does not include coverage of the screen of the monitor.The monitor is less than a year old.PLEASE, PLEASE stay away from purchasing Dell products.Terrible customed service when a company blames the purchaser of their product for the issue
