Placed an order with Dell paid my money. Then someone tries to contact me twice - unknown numbers then sends an email we are cancelling order unless you call to verify what the?? When have you ever had to do that with a legitimate company? Now they have cancelled the order and won't respond to emails asking when they might deign to refund my money. Appalling service.
