New product no charger? How? Awful service.

Bought a brand new laptop for work and came with a battered box, tape hanging off and no laptop charger!!!! Taken over a month for them to try resolve the issue, they say we will send a new one, no we need to build a new one, then we will send you one, then we need to build one then the product is discontinued apparently and after a month of being messed around handed to "case specialist", asked for a refund and the coriour didn't collect the old laptop when they stated on two separate occasions. Am now having to post the laptop myself which I asked to do in the first place due to no coriour arriving at the begining of the month when first ordered and after all that time getting no further with a resolution, even being handed to a case specialist for nothing to be resolved. Hopefully have money back in a week or so but absolutely awful service. I would not buy from Dell at all ever again. And after all that they tell me they take pride in their customer service!!! Wtaf. You shouldn't take pride as you have 0 resolutions, 0 customer service skills and just waste a valuable customers time. The days of Dell are dead. Am beyond livid. Want my money back asap.
