I have been a Dell customer for many years now. Had multiple Dell laptops at my previous company and was fairly satisfied with them. 2 years ago I ordered a high-end laptop for professional use and it works ok but the keyboard top layer is gradually dissolving so that i can hardly see the letters anymore. I contacted Dell on multiple occasions to request a solution but they say they won't remedy this obvious defect as it is classified as an esthetical issue. ??!!! This is not an example of a decent customer care...
