I purchased a Dell laptop. The laptop and service is great. I recently purchased a new monitor direcly from Dell. It came and did not work, After an hour of Dell techs playing on my computer they sent me a FedEx label to return the monitor. They received the monitor back but won't return my money. $120. What a scam. I WAS a good customer. Now I will never trust them again. I have a stack of documentation to support this so they can sue me for liable. TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE
