Dell writes in bold text on why you should buy from them directly....their Price Match guarantee is a main part of the reason. But the reality is they have more 'exclusions' to their price matching than any company I have ever seen. Even when their 'Chat' agents say they will match a price....any I got that in writting...Dell finds a fine print excuse for why they will not live up to what thier Salesperson promised. So avoid Dell direct ...its a waste of time. And based on the reviews of their service level....Dell may have done me a Favour by not matching the competitor price....so as to get me to buy a competitive product.
