The despatch of items from the site was good and on time however part of the attraction of buying items from the Dell website was their 'Rewards Program'Beware, this 'Rewards Program' is, in my opinion, simply not worth it and potentially misleads you into thinking that you will get a fully refundable reward voucher only to then find out that you cannot use it due to a series of limitations. Your 'rewards' expire in quite a short time span after they are rewarded, they are only redeemable in chunks - not the whole amount- and there are severe limitations on how you can redeem them rendering them entirely worthless unless you are spending £100's of pounds on each subsequent purchase.I have fed this back to Dell and they claim that their 'Rewards Program' is clearly explained. I do not agree with that assertion and will not be using Dell in the future as my personal opinion is that I do not feel that the 'rewards' are clearly explained or useful as a reward given their limitations. I have to say that the impression I am left with is that the 'rewards' process is not as transparent, and its limitations not made as clear, as I think it should be so I would rather shop with a different company.
