Very disappointed

Over the years I have purchased many Dell Towers and Laptops for myself and friends which I set up and install programmes for and have found them to be quite good and aftersales helpfull. Over the last few years when contacting Dell for technical support I have seen a decline in the helpsupport, for example, I contacted Dell support about 6 months ago with a tech. issue on my Dell XPS. After giving details to the advisor of the laptop and issue only to be told that I needed to get a new computer as mine was 3 years old and outdated. I also contacted them on an issue with a laptop I had purchased for my friend. That attempt was also unsuccessfull so now I have lost all faith in Dell and will most probably if friends approach me for computers again will turn to Lenovo for my needs. After years of loyal support to Dell I am bitterly disappointed.
