Ordered a Playstation 5 and extra controller from their website which showed in stock at the time of order, November. A week later I received the controller and an email saying the console was delayed. A month goes by and several delays later - I'm over it. I request the console to be cancelled and the controller returned (what am I going to do with a lone controller?). This was done through chat since I couldn't request a cancellation and return online. 24 hours after the chat request I'm now calling customer service to request the cancellation again. No one has a clue on what to actually do. Don't buy from this trash company. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
