Cancelled Order and no refund yetThey cancelled my laptop order and its going to be almost a month since I initiated the service request for my refund and I am yet to get my money back. Cannot call the dutch customer service line for some reason and the email support has left for much to be desired with their standard we will look into this and get back to you. and after that all they do is close the case hoping you forget that you ever paid them.Distressing and frustrated with my experience with Dell.
