Got charged twice by Deezer this month - no response

Got charged twice by Deezer this month. 2 x £14.99. Contacted via twitter messenger (deezer help). Nearly 24 hours later no meaningful response. Tried online chat they said contact PayPal. Contacted PayPal they said contact deezer! Now raised dispute via PayPal but still no reply to several messages last night and today to deezer help. Very poor customer service. Like a lot of these new tech companies. Fine when things work but not idea on customer service or communication. Can’t even call them to complain - no phone number!?
