For me they used to be the best in terms of sound, choice and functionality. However now the service is plagued with bugs such as unreliable connection, the app(s) and web interface often respond erratically and the move to MQA is disappointing; not a deal breaker but with all that and the lack of customer appreciation its farewell to the wonderful flow and what used to be a fantastic all rounder. They don't deserve to be rated awful because they do allot well however other services are cheaper and less bug ridden. Maybe we will meet again deezer but for now your friend zoned lol.
