I have a Facebook page like millions of others. I was posting a video I made of myself playing a song when I got a message that implied I had posted "spam". The message showed me the post and it was indeed the one I was posting, which was not unlike hundreds of others that I had done previously, and not unlike millions of others by other musicians. The message went on to ask me to review the post and mark it if it was "spam". There was no way to say that I had made a legitimate post. Every time I would click on "skip" I got an error page stating they are working on correcting the error. This was more than 2 weeks ago and I have not been able to access my page since. There is no one to speak to at facebook but there are plenty of scammers out there who will charge money to restore the page, which they don't in any case. I believe I am wrongly accused of posting "spam" and there is not one thing I can do about it!!!! Total bull*! Fact is they don't care. The fact that there is no one to help proves it. The fact it takes this long so far, proves it. If you research facebook problems there are virtually hundreds of thousands of complaints - further proof they don't care! But the unfortunate truth is, it is one of the only ways musicians like me can get known. So I'm between a rock and a hard place - sort of a love/hate relationship with Facebook. So, if anyone at Facebook does see this review, I will be happy to retract if you help me out.
