Customer service was very courteous, professional, helpful and relatively timely (within 1-2 day response times). Product user experience was not as intuitive as I had hoped. Frustrating to find features, controls and settings necessary to have the service meet my firm's needs. Self help online often didn't quite synch or match with the current product / service which led to dead ends in self service problem solving which was frustrating and time consuming. Maintaining synchronization there could save customers quite a bit of time and drive down Dashlane's support costs.
