While customer support was apologetic for my renewal concerns they still did not address the real problem. When you send me an email that says you will be debiting my bank account on Nov. 2nd and then debit it 3 days earlier on Oct. 31st it overdrew my account and cost me a $37.00 overdraft fee. This account is used for internet purchases only and the money goes in on the first of the month. And the only reason I am giving you 2 stars is because even though support was a week responding they did add an extra month to my subscription. You need to do better.
