I was a big fan of Dashlane until recently. I renewed my premium membership ($60) weeks ago (21st April) and while the payment was taken immediately from my account, Dashlane still hasn't upgraded my account from the free version and I can't seem to be able to contact customer service to deal with this. It's really getting on my nerves and I don't want to pay again and have the same thing happen. Sort it out, Dashlane!
