The support from crypto.com is very very poor. For a company dealing with someone's ability to purchase they are very slow to respond. They have recently changed the ability to fund a card with Bpay here in Australia. I have tried to contact them after their help files did not 'help'. Their support says they will get back with in 20 minutes, I am still waiting days later. In the meantime I may end up having dishonoured payments as autodebits kick in and not enough funds in the account. It is making me want to cancel this card which I would do if I knew how to access the bank which I have set up a connection with to crypto.com. Ironically the same bank I am trying to edit so I can fund the card.
