So my account got locked because I lost access to my 2FA app. I have sent an email to their support, they just sent a cold Help Center link. Wow. Basically they just don't care if I can access or not my account and whatever crypto I have in there. Shameful.Update: So now I can login in the mobile app without 2FA, as I don't have it set it up, it was disabled by their support. But it still works on my laptop? Are you people OK?
