My Crypto card has been frozen without my authorisation after depositing all my funds for Christmas shopping! Contacted customer service on the Friday night and received response within 1 hour asking me some questions in relation to my last 2 purchases. I answered these and no response for last 5 days.I have also sent 2 emails. I have used Crypto.com 4 years and never had issues but it’s scary that they can just freeze my card without my authorisation.
