I have invested about 50£k and now i can’t login to my account, customer service doesn’t even exist, bot answering all the time saying a member will contact me shortly, i have tried via chat at least 20 times but no answer, i have emailed them but again no answers or the answer you get might be very vague or unsatisfactory
