Not sure what has happened at this exchange but the customer service has become total garbage. They used to get back to you quickly now they get back to you after a week and then ask if your issue was addressed and if not ask us again and then never respond to you. Over the years they had good incentives but they keep reducing those once they catch on. Very sad.Thinking of cashing out here.
