My account passcode is frozen and they reply my messages and email me after 2 weeks saying is it resolved? with helping me at all. So if anyone who thinks CRYPTO.COM is a good Crypto Exchange platform then I must WARN you think twice to get answer of your problem after every 2 to 3 weeks automated answering mentioning same thing going in a LOOP hole. Crypto.com after reading this message you don’t need to say go to customer service to get help. Don’t you dare to reply to me coz I already know what you ll say and I know it goes in a 2 to 3 week automated answer Loop hole.
