No customer service. My phone got stolen and I lost my 2FA authenticator so had to reset. I can't access my account until I verify my identity and reset it on new phone. The app service keeps failing to verify me and I've been waiting for days for a response on email and messages on app. I thought they were better than other exchanges, but I had to contact their direct competitors for the same reason when my phone was stolen and 3 of their biggest competitors fixed the problem and gave me access within 30 minutes. Crypto.com has done nothing about it.
