Using Crypto.com App about 2 year, all good but 3 weeks ago was accomodated and hotel "freeze" 100e deposit and after I leave accomodation they unfreeze it and sent me proof, but I crypto.com didnt add this amount to my account back. Tried to write to customer support but without any response!!!!
