I had an issue not being able to use my account. I have talked to 3 different reps and it has been over 2 weeks and my issue is still not resolved. I have given them all the required info and I keep being told that its been "escalated" but nothing has been fixed. I am not given a timeframe because apparently we just have to wait for it to be resolved. So if my problem isnt resolved by Monday June 9 I will be reaching out to a lawyer and my state reps as well as filing complaints.
