Awful really, just everything a company shouldn’t do - they make it extremely difficult to withdraw cash. I’ll seek to make an official complaint through the relevant financial authority but just to warn others- don’t think this will be a simple platform to invest and withdraw money, stick to banks/reputable trading accounts for shares etc.
