If I could use a 0 Star rating I would. Do not use Crypto dot Com. Customer service is an automated bunch of policy quotes and no real member of the staff has any authority to really look into the account and affect a resolution. I send a deposit on the 10th Oce, itc cleared and was setlled on the 12th Oct and when I tried a few trades and decided to get my money back there sytem refuses to let me get it back saying " You cannot withdraw funds because your account balance is pending. It takes up to 7 business days for deposited funds to settle." Well based on that statement alone in the prompt of there own software and the fact I have proof the funds settled on the 12th I reached out to support and they keep telling me the same rules thing even when their own prompt says otherwise. I ask for someone to verify my funds setll4d and even sent them pictures from the bank showing date and time it settled and they still refuse to release my funds or even investigate the funds did settle. I have spend hours and hours with bots and people from around the world who have no access to the actual system and all they do is quote pre written relys and cannot reach an actual hi=uman manager. This is false advertising of service, this is denying access to ones own money, this is also making money for them by holding cunsotmers funds without permission. I was told today by there own staff member Rory that I could get my funds out in a few hours or at least at the end of the business day and that was a lie. Then the next person came on and again spat out some pre written crap and no one has got a manager to fix this. If customer service is important to you, if feeling safe about your money and investments is important to you then DO NOT USE CRYPTO dor COM.UPDATE: 18 Oct 10:00Krista reached out in an email and stated our standard complaints hadnling team timeframe was within 15 days. I responded then Krista replied now stating a final reply will happen in the next few days. I responded again and with each response I point out there app prompt on withdrawl attempts is false, misleading and a lie and again prove my deposits have cleared on the 12th then the next reply I got from Krista is we will have a final reply as soon as possible. It appears that the statements made by staff are not inline with the app and it is misleading to say the least. I tried again to withdraw my money and still no action from Crypto dot ComUPDATE: 18 Oct 17;30No further response at the close of business today and no release of funds that were settled on 12 Oct 2023.
