what a crap show. took over 3 hours with support on telegram official site to set up difi wallet as there are numerous instructions that are outdated and do not work as well as crypto.com also does to allow bitcoin to be sent from crypto.com and collects 2x fees because they fail to communicate that crypto must be bought at wallet to send. now the 2fa finally working but of course the code from google authenticate is 6 digits and crypto.com system does not take 6 digit code. crypto.com online support good luck finding what the problem is, how to fix it on their support page. one f/u after another. Their own site on telegram is compromised. the official site says no one will reach out but I was called the moment i joined the crypto.com official site with blue check mark on telegram. Kookville.3.5 hours ago put 2 messages into their support system on crypto.com. despite stating a response would be forthcoming in 2 hours there has been no response.7 hours later did receive an email asking for me to authenticate myself which I did. received 2-3 "scam calls" in the next hour after responding to their email not sure if it was crytpo.com or not.12.6.23 crypto.com did send 1 email and i responded they never responded. there have been no other emails and "chat" is a useless bot. i waded through some of their online instructions and some outside sources as well and was able to finally send crypto from crypto.com not because of any support.
