Zero customer support or service. Made a crypto deposit into my account over a month ago and the funds have not arrived, been trying to contact customer service ever since but can not get a response no matter what, they will not help me and they will not respond to me, I have emailed I have sent messages through the chat tool and they re fuse to respond. The only minor response I got was when I left a bad review on the app store where they said of reach out and we will help you which was an utter lie, I am sure they will respond here to my review so they can trick other people into using their platform but they will NEVER offer actual support to their customers. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM
