I cannot withdraw my money whether in FIAT GBP or in any crypto form. I have logged multiple requests since 20 days now one after another but the support doesn't respond at all, after a while a person will just reeply that "we are sorry we are failling our 2 hours SLA, so if your issue is noit resolved, please reply to this and we will prioritize your request", but of course nothoing will happen until the chat is automatically expired, then you have to open a new one. No support service, any crypto or FIAT convert is highly chargeable and no withdrawal or transfer to a bank or external wallet is possible. Stay away from it as it is nolonger the crypto.com I knew a year ago.
