DO NOT touch this company with your money it’s a scam. I paid £350 from my bank account into my Fiat wallet. However the money has not arrived it’s stuck in their system. I have asked for it to be put in my wallet or back in my bank account, you would not believe the problems this has caused even though I have provided bank statements to proof they have my money. The customer services is BOTs and their ‘specialists’ keep saying it’s being investigated. There is nothing to investigate as they have my bank statements and proof of where I sent it. I wish I had read these reviews before I tried to put money into my Fiat wallet. If you value your sanity stay well clear of this incompetent company
