Tried sending USDT to another wallet and 3 times the transaction did not go through even when I reduced the amount, and 3 times they charged me fees. Contacted them on chat and they put me to specialist chat, but for 15 minutes no one came to address my issue. Finally withdrew the funds and used Coinbase to transfer. Use them at your own risk. Lost £70 through fees.
