Hey, I wouldn't recommend anyone to open an account with Crypto.com I'm a holder of a green card and I have been their customer for almost two years. The first time I had to open a customer case, their attitude towards customers became clear to me. My guess it that they do not employ enough people, as you get a lot of messages from their AI BOT. It's been three weeks before I actually received the response to my query. When I tried to follow up via the app chat after two weeks, they notified me that I'm duplication an open case and closed the chat. Three weeks later and I'm finally talking to someone but I'm pretty pissed off. If something does not work, you are on your own with this company, unless you enjoy a BOT sending you automated messages.
