Seems like Crypto.com has a nonexistent customer service. If you’re stating that someone will reach out within 2 hours, maybe actually do it. I was inactive on the exchange for about a year, and just a day ago decided to send funds from my hardware wallet to the exchange to sell. They sure make it easy to give them money but the problems start when you try to withdraw, whether it’s to a wallet or back to the bank. Whatever Authenticator app I used a year ago I can’t remember, the app sends a code god knows where. When I try to reset my 2FA, it asks to verify my id and face again with a video. After going through the verification, their chat bot tells me it was “unsuccessful” and to contact customer support, BUT WHEN YOU CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT YOURE MESSAGING A PHUCKIN ROBOT THAT SENDS THE SAME GENERIC ANSWERS THAT DONT HELP YOU AT ALL. I have $8000 on that account that I can’t send to a hardware wallet, I can’t withdraw it as fiat back to my bank, I can’t do anythin with it. Granted it hasn’t been 24 hours since the issues raised but reading the reviews here just angered me more. Since their customer service seems more active replying to bad reviews instead of the requests of their customers, I’ll be waiting for a reply here as well.
