I have a crypto.com visa card. I Received a notice that there was a transaction in my account of £50 from currys, I was at home and no where near Currys, immediately I reported an unathorised transaction when they allowed to raised a dispute from the transaction and within a day they came back and declined my claim saying that it was OTP/3DS autheticated. I don't even know what that means, all i know is that I have not made that transaction and neither put an OTP for that payment. Clearly there is a loophole in their security system, I put a stop on the card and will ever use their debt card, Be careful for anyone with this card, they will not pay you if you have a complain.
