Big confusion,I have transfer $10000 dollars from my bank account to my crypto.com account to purchase crypto, the transfers are confirmed by my bank but failed at crypto.com site. Money is gone and transferred to CRO but no one knows what happened to it at CRO. I had to call my bank to cancel both transactions and wait 6 days to receive it. What a mess.
