Terrible customer support, I have funds stuck in a trading bot and cannot remove them or set a stop loss. Have been ignored by customer support for two days and still have not heard from them!!! I see Crypto.com has replied here in record time but cannot reply on their help chat which I already contacted them on days ago and they reply here suggesting that I contact them on the chat which they have failed to respond to... ridiculous!!!
