I have had this account for months. I have Bitcoin and other coins I purchased in the account. They will not verifyy account so that I can move the coins. Exchange or send them anywhere. I have requested a cruto. Com visa card which will not send because of them not verifying me. I have sent my verifications and sent a dozen unanswered emails. This is a sham company. Ran by bots. That makes owning crypto. As much fun as burning yourself with cigarettes. I hate them and they have my heartrate extremely high thinking about their operations. Hope they crash and burn. All 2 employees that work there.
