First i waited 3 days for a support response. When the response came, it basically said "Hi, sorry for the long wait. If you still have a problem, please let us know, and we will prioritise your problem"Which is weird in itself.I replied i still need, at WILL need it until i say otherwise. To which i haven't got a response in 5 days. It's regarding the Visa Card you offer. I am able to insert money, and have done so (200 Euro), but am not able to use it anywhere. Error either says that the provider declines, or some permissions haven't been turned on.
