TWO MISSING crypto deposits over a MONTH ago. NO HELP from CDC. Only autobots/autoresponses.Emailed BEGGING for help. Only get autoreply asking if I need help. IT'S FKN DREADFUL. HIGH FEES. NO FEE CLARITY. PREMIUM on crypto (higher to buy than binance or revolut). Extremely slow app. And you can forget about checking how much you've got on your debit card!!! When the app's not working, you cannot get access to your card screen.GHASTLY EXPERIENCE. I'm not an entire newb, I use different wallets, different exchanges, dex....CRYPTO.COM clearly have zero staff. You get ZERO assistance. I'M AT MY WITS END. A month of autoreplies followed up with..... ABSOLUTELY FKIN NOTHING THEY DON'T DESERVE THE ONE STARReviewed on Google play... they replied telling me to email in. Which I did. Autobot reply telling me how they're trying to be a good company and asking if I still need help. I replied, BEGGING for help. NOTHING. C*%TSAddition: Over FIVE WEEKS since the crypto went missing and initially contacting them, I got an email today stating that they'll need $100 USDT for the few FETCH and $150 USDT for 10 INJ to be sent back from whence they came.Absolutely ZERO EXPLANATION as to WHY I need to pay $250 to send back about $400 of crypto.I can only imagine it was done on the wrong network, which currently they aren't supporting.Crypto.com HAVE this missing crypto in a holding account, but to get it, I've got to pay a huge ransom.BE CAREFUL WHEN SENDING CRYPTO. This is the first time I've not sent a tiny tester. Blame's on me. However, this has been ignored for considerably over a month with no explanation at the end of it.JUST ANOTHER SHTTY EXPERIENCE with CDC. It's simply not worth the hassle. There are better apps and exchanges out there.Update: February 2024 - finally a real person wrote to me after many desperate emails to the company - they wanted $250 to return the $400 of crypto back to the sender account. I paid up and it took about a week to get the crypto returned. Pure piracy, but you have no choice!! Moved from 1 star to 3 stars.BE CAREFUL AND ALWAYS DO A TEST AMOUNT FIRST!!
