Thieves. Account emptied 10K after someone asked them to reset the account and sent them a new biometric video.They won't explain what happened and aren't interested. Can only talk to an AI customer agent who continually asks for a video and sending ID. When you send this they then ask for the same the next day.They should be shut down. How is a company legally allowed to operate like this.?They are based in UK by the way
