Had premium for quite a few years now. Been expecting CR to improve their services, but no significant improvement yet. They did change the web player, but I can't definitively say it's better in any way. It actually lacks functionality compared to the previous. Every CR app I've used is horrible. They crash, they mess up the playback and they lag. No updates for the app on some of the platforms for YEARS! They don't have any integrated feedback system on their website, which means you can't report problems directly with specific episodes or rate the quality of them (video/audio/translation). They obviously don't care enough what their customers think of their services. The only upside I can think of is that they seem to be adding more of the big names (old and new) to their lineup.I guess the only reason I'm still paying is that I want to support Japan's animation industry. But there's probably a much better way than paying CR.These are my honest to heart thoughts and opinions that I've built up over the years. They're not just some spontaneous, casual thoughts, but they're deeply fortified through years of disappointment.It's time to start taking feedback seriously CR! You won't last if you don't.
