Terrible customer service experience with their escalation team. I was locked out of account due to a misspelled email, and after confirming with them what the issue was and providing all the information they requested, they have gone completely silent and will not respond to any of my messages. I’ve gone back into the chat function to find out when the issue will be resolved, and all they will tell me is to be patient. Horrible experience and I’ll definitely be looking for a new anime site after this.
