My husband purchased a pair of Crocs through their website for $26.98 for me for Christmas. I am a size 7 1/2. The Crocs are ordered in whole sizes. The website told him to purchase down to a size 7 (instead of a size 8). They were too small. We used the return shipping label for an "easy" return and to get a size 8. They credited our charge card $12.49 for the return and charged us another $20.99. The right size product ended up costing us $35.48. Do not purchase from their website because the "easy" return is too costly.
