Terrible customer service.Totally ignored me for a week. Asked three times by WhatsApp and email. No response other than "not our problem"Parcelforce clearly think it is their problem.They are unwilling to use central collection points for delivering. Very unsustainable practice. And discrimination against homeless people. We need shoes too!I don't recommend using them (UK experience)
