gave it one star only because there was no lower rating. Ordered 11/26. By 12/12 order still not shipped. called cust service and calls wouldn't go through. finally got through on 12/13 and waiting 44 minutes for CS rep to answer to say shipping is taking 10-14 days to ship - it's already been 17 days. I cancelled the order. Poorest customer service I've had in a long time
