2 months later and no refund for FAULTY items...

I'm still waiting a refund for a faulty item that was received by Crocs on the 7th June. 5th July I was told a manual refund has started and was told to wait 7-14 days. Fast forward 25th July, still no refund, they told me the refund was processed on the 4th July but the person on the 5th told me it hadn't. I was told I would receive my refund on the 25th or 26th July but here I am 4th August still with NO REFUND!!
