UPDATE - I have been working with customer support, who has been been quite helpful in trying to find a solution for my issue. So 5 stars to the customer care...I have updated my rating ti 4 stars (from 1) to praise their support and their effort in trying to find a solution... I'm stopping at 4 because some of the policies don't make sense and can be confusing or misleading, so hopefully this will be a gentle push in doing better on that end.
